COWAiRegional airline* is a proposed new commercial airline that will provide scheduled passage service to communities and major cities in California, Oregon, and Washington States, including Los Vegas, Nevada, and Sun Valley, Idaho as “Special Destinations” The proposed airline has retained SB-Aviation Consultants to act as their “Initial Operations Agent” to provide airline marketing and routing analyses, feasibility studies, equipment and seating specifications, and aircraft type and interior configurations. Mouse Up Design Services, a subsidiary of SB-Aviation Holdings, LLC, is providing services for Airline Image Management for the proposed airline.
